The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Data Management Intern to join our team for Summer 2026.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, organizing information and improving systems. You’ll support multiple departments by helping manage subscriber databases, marketing lists and internal data processes.

What You’ll Work On
- Maintain and update subscriber and client databases
- Clean, organize and validate data for accuracy and consistency
- Assist with email list segmentation and campaign preparation
- Support data entry across multiple platforms (CRM, website, internal systems)
- Help track and report on audience growth and engagement metrics
- Assist in building and maintaining spreadsheets and reports
- Identify gaps, duplicates or inconsistencies in data
- Support marketing and sales teams with data requests and insights
- Help improve workflows for data collection and management

- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and large datasets

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Business, Data Management, Analytics, IT or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, basic analysis)
- Experience with databases, CRM systems or data entry tools (an asset)
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms or CMS systems (an asset)
- Basic understanding of data privacy and organization best practices (an asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Additional Details
- Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal (Fixed-Term)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts
