The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer Intern to join our team for Summer 2026.
This is a hands-on role ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to build real-world experience in publishing, digital media and brand design. You’ll work across both print and digital projects, contributing to everything from magazine layouts to social graphics and video content.
What You’ll Work On
- Design and develop print layouts from concept to final production, including covers and feature spreads
- Edit and prepare images for print and digital (colour correction, resizing, retouching)
- Create original digital illustrations and visual concepts for editorial content
- Prepare print-ready PDFs and manage export settings for production
- Build and manage InDesign documents for multi-page publications
- Support the development of marketing and promotional collateral
- Ensure accuracy in layout, typography and final file delivery
- Design ads and digital graphics for web and social platforms
- Assist with video editing and multimedia content
- Collaborate with the editorial and production teams to meet deadlines

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design (publishing experience is an asset)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of WordPress, HTML and CSS (asset)
- Strong layout, typography and production skills
Program Details
- Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal (Fixed-Term)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts
